Thought I had a Toe problem a couple of months ago when my steering wheel was a bit off center. Took to an alignment shop they said toe was ok and adjusted wheel . Coming home from a trip I noticed my wheel a quarter turn out . had it adjusted . this is a 2014 3500 4wd SRW. I Nhad it in for the tracking bar recall a couple of years ago. Any thoughts on what it may be ?

May be a bad tire. Swap the front tires side-side, and drive it. Does it drive the same, or does it pull the other way?

Check the jamb nuts on the draglink, they were prone to coming loose on the earlier radius arm trucks. If it keeps changing then something else is not tight causing an adjustment somewhere to change, if you move the steering wheel left to right repeatedly can you hear or feel a clunk? If so find the clunk and likely find the problem.

When I crawled under my truck to adjust the drag link and center the steering wheel I found a paint strip on the jam nuts.. I assume from the factory.. I couldn't loosen the connection without cheaters on the wrenches.. way too tight.. Once adjusted I didn't try to get them that tight.. but did follow through with the paint stick... washed off the old paint and repainted the joint...

Each time I change the oil I look at this connection just to be sure..
