Steering Wheel rotated over time to the right

My steering wheel is severely rotated to the right (20-25 deg) yet my alignment seems to be OK (might be off slightly but not to the degree the steering wheel has rotated). Any ideas?

I believe it's called your drag link must be loose, might not be your drag link but something is loose

Slow wear in your steering box? Re-center your steering wheel with a monkey wrench on the turnbuckle just off the pitman arm...

Odds are good something bent or maybe the truck got lifted?

Steering center does not change that drastic from wear.

I brought the truck to Dove's Tire in Huntersville, NC on the suggestion of another member and they checked the alignment. After doing a minor adjustment to the Tow-in they said they were unable to realign the steering wheel as it was not responding to their normal adjustment process. Yet, when I got in my truck and drove away, the steering wheel is once again properly aligned. Possibly the minor adjustment they made or good carma for the $20 tip I gave them... don't know but problem resolved.
