Steering Wheel Swap

Well, my wife just got a new car with the steering wheel radio controls, and I have to say that I like it! When I bought my Ram, I was too cheap to order the option, my question is what does it take to convert my wheel to the one with the radio controls? Is it jsut a wheel swap, or do I have to mess with the airbag / wiring harness etc. ?
