2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Steering Wheel

I have been noticing that some of you are getting your steering wheels replaced due to cracking leather. Since mine is out of warranty, I am wondering where is the best place to purchase a replacement steering wheel. Do you have to purchase the whole assembly, or is the wheel separate from the air bag. Also, is it an easy install or should I have a dodge mechanic do it? Thanks in advance

The airbag is seperate from the wheel. If you have a puller it is easy to do. As for a place for a replacement I have no idea

I am wondering the same thing. wish I could have gotten mine replaced under warranty. I have a hole in the leather at 12:00 about 3/4 inch high by 3 inches long now and growing. I tried the covers but both my wife and I have small hands and they were uncomfortable to grasp the wheel then.

I put a cover on mine that looks nice, I hope that helps keep the wheel looking new.
