Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) steering

had my 02 in to the dealer to try and fix my steering it keeps locking up thy cant find what is doing it and i dont know and there tc guys at dodge are so stupid and the dealer said ill find the problem and illget it fix for you but dc would not ok it and i said to dc this will be the last time i willever bye another dodge from those a holes i live minn can anybody tell where a good dealer is up here or i mite trade dodge and go with some one else

my dealer here in pittsburgh, pa says it is ok for your truck with 25k on it to change a lane or two when you step on the gas. asked them to look at it again at 34k with same response. now at 50k and out of warranty , i feel like fred flintstone on the highway with a trailer on. i can move the wheel from 10 o'clock to 2 o'clock with nothing happening.
