My steering wheel is canted about 15-20 degrees to the right. 4 wheel alignment was checked and is spot-on so that's not the problem.
My tech straightened the steering wheel, but after about 150 miles or so the steering wheel has drifted back to the right tilt.
Any ideas of the cause and solutions would be welcome.
Thanks!

As it is a strictly mechanical connection from the steering wheel down to the wheels the answer is simpel, something is loose in your steering. Probably the adjuster at the trackbar not tightened enough.

I think its LH thread...?

The Track Bar has both. It's like a turnbuckle, you loosen the jam nuts on each end of the adjustment sleeve and turn the sleeve one direction to shorten it and the other direction to lengthen it.

Ozy may know something I don't, but I would think the Steering Wheel alignment would be adjusted by turning the Adjusting Sleeve on the Drag Link which attaches to the Pitman Arm on the Steering Gear.

Both the track bar and the draglink can effect steering wheel center. The draglink adjustment is the proper way to adjust the steering wheel but if the track bar is loose or worn as the axle shifts side to side so will the steering wheel alignment.

Another thing to check if everything is tight would be tire pressure, if you have a front left tire that losses air and in significantly lower you would need to counter steer to the right which may be confused for the steering wheel being off center.

Tire pressure was good. But, the jam nuts on the track bar adjuster had decided to take 1/2 inch walks the on both sides. Uncool.

Mechanical connection, Ozymandias was spot on!! Please Like his reply.
That play caused a chain reaction of bad inputs & ultimately it was the source of the cant at the steering wheel.
So, we welded the jamnut to the adjuster, centered the steering wheel back to 'Ram's nose at 6 o'clock'. Test drive & done.

It's Miller time. Thanks everyone!
