Where can I find a rebuilt or new box? Mine is sloopy and leaking. Also can you get replacement rubber joints for the 4 rods in the 4x4 front end? Mine are falling apart.

I sell them, send me a PM.

Try energy suspension or warn for replacement upper and lower trailing hardware/bushings you discussed. Have you tried to tighten the pinion and then the overcenter adjustment? This with the DSS (Darins steering stabilzer) will do wonders often and save you $$$.

If you are fighting the death wobble or wander, find a good alignment shop and take them the "brent" specs that are floating around. The 94-97's often need the Astro/Ingall's etc. upper ball joint caster /camber sleeves (eccentrics) that allow for more caster than the eccentrics on the lower trailing arms will allow even when maxed out. .

Good luck

Andy
