We flew to Denver and bought her Sept 21st 2015.

We went to Palm Springs for the week. Drove 75 going over Monday and fueled just short of Cal line at 19.5 MPG. Drove the rest of the way with head winds, around Palm Springs for the week and back to the same station in Az 19 MPG. We are back at winter home in the East Valley and mileage is pushing 20 based on lie-o-meter at 21.5. We drove 77 MPH on this leg.

Picture is this morning while getting ready to leave Palm Springs. Arrow just happens to be pointing at odometer. Should be broken in now. SnoKing

Our 2001.5 was a rude crude noisy guy. This "Deep Cherry Red Crystal Pearl Coat" over "Silver" is a refined lady!:rolleyes:

I just hit 60k around a month ago. Around that time I noticed an improvement in towing mileage.

West Coast "double towing" a combined 35k.

BTW, nice FULL SIZE images!!!

Once I got to Palm Springs I treated the Towing Beast to a full hand wash/wax and interior detail.

It's very refreshing to see people happy with their vehicles. All to often these boards are filled with complaints only.

By the way, what is the secret to driving so few miles a year........retirement? :)

Picture taken this morning. Pretty rough and basic with cloth seats/ g56. Cloth seats might get upgraded within the next few years at a local upholstery shop. Little 3" evic is all i need. I did spring for the SiriusXM though. Added transmission cooler fins, unagoose hitch, bypass oil filter, sulastic shackles, 18 in OEM rims (to replace 17's that came from the factory), block heater cord, BD Throttle Sensitivity Booster & skid plate. Only 8 idle hours but about 2020 drive hours showing on the evic. 2013 Ram 2500 ST with chrome pkg and preferred equipment pkg (that's how i have sirius/XM). Bought it off the lot in NC. Still.love it. Great for long drives and vacation

Dealer replaced the NOx sensor so i don't get any more codes.

I bought my 2015 3500 SRW in White last April. Drove from Boston area to Blue Ridge GA to trade my 2005 1500.

Have put on 10k miles since and am at 70k now. Love it.

I have had three Ram diesels, loved all three.

We have put more miles on the 2015 than any vehicle we have owned in years. Wife's 2004 Buick Rainier has 65k on it.

Topped off the fuel tank today after the return trip from California. 245 miles at mostly 77 MPH and 19.1 MPG. SnoKing

My former '92 and '01 (before it was modified) would pull those #'s on the highway empty. Both of our 3rd gen 5.9's really struggled to reach that mileage unless you ran very slow or got very lucky with a tail wind. It's really refreshing to see what these newer 4th gens can do.
