ran my 2wd 1 ton dump does 15's 85mph, did the pump timing to 16 degrees

after racing the truck last. Thing has no low end at all what gives?

mods are stage2 dd injectors #4 plate in the middle 38lbs of boost

3k spring kit protourqe convertor Bullet proof transmission open element air cleaner

what tranfer valves should i have and where to purchase?

looking into stomping on it and having the duallys to break loose

Have you messed with the starwheel at all? Or the spring in the AFC housing? I know it sounds too easy but but its a place to start.

Take the plate out. If you just want to go fast, take it out. 3K governor springs are good. The injectors will work. Be sure to re-torque your head. 120 lbs. A head gasket cost more. Set the timing around 18-22 degrees. Be sure the KDP has been fixed. More headache. What turbo did you say you were using? 38 lbs of boost but how long to get it? With one turbo you want the spool to be quick to tear the rubber off the tires.

After this, bring the check book. You'll need it.

turbo tom should mention that it has a 4 inch exhaust that ends after the cab. . It takes a long time to get that boost it is a stock hx35 turbo. How do I make it spool faster??? Should i take the plate out? I have been told long term wise that this is bad. . Is that true? :--) I do own a roofing company and use the truck everyday plus I tow my race car with a 8000lb load . .

Now does turning the timing higher and no fuel plate make faster spool?

send me a list for speed my wallet is already open

If it's not spooling check the cartridge to see if it's turning at all. Some come in frozen and not turning.

Does the truck have an intercooler? Check all your clamps and make sure the intercooler is not clogged.

What oil are you using? Oil in the lifes blood of the turbo. Keep it clean.

Just to check, pinch off the boost hose. That's the hose from the elbow on the rear of the AFC houcing. Goes to the waste gate.

Do know if the wastegate is working at all. At what pressure is it opening. Your exhaust pipe is OK.

It's really hard to fix a boost problem over the wires.
