Bump or Thump After Shutting Down

I took my truck in to my 5* dealer yesterday to have a new stabilizer bar and links installed. This was to cure the popping that was getting worse. Well, it helped but I can still hear a pop when I turn the wheels all the way and back up. Does anyone feel like this is normal? I can hear the dealer now and I want to have some more opinions before I go back. Keep in mind my truck was wrecked in the same area(right front) before I bought it. Should have listened but didn't. Dealer assured me no mods were made to install new bar and that all parts look and line up perfectly. Has been excellent to deal with in all aspects.
Any ideas on what new parts to ask for next (ie. ball joints, shocks, etc. )
I know the shocks have the undersize spacer but dealer says this is not a problem. They also have one of the upper control arm washers put on backwards. I pointed this out to them and they said this is not a problem. I told them the washer has a concave shape for a reason and if they were too lazy to fix it then I would fix it myself. This really ticked me off.
It is really getting frustrating spending my vacation days sitting in the service waiting room!

Sorry so long. Happy New Year!

The Dealer name is Ed Murdock CPDJE and now Ford Trucks too of Lavonia, Georgia. I wish to comment that the service dept has been great to deal with. They have addressed every issue I have had with the truck. I think my issues are the result of work done in their bodyshop as the truck was being repaired. They appear to have cut corners when they could and it is showing up later.
Let me give an example: When I bought truck, the bed was about 1/4" closer to cab on driver side than on pass side. I believe the previous owner had a trailer behind him when he was hit in pass. side front. This caused slight frame damage. Part of my agreement was for bed to be re-aligned to cab. Rather than slot the bed mounting holes a mere 1/4"-1/2" to make it fit properly, those guys just set the bed in place using the existing holes in the front and then welded the back of the bed to the frame. This, in my opinion, is shoddy work. I went back and had it bolted correctly. I plan to grind off the welds when I get around to it. I dare not ask them to do it as that may cost me more scratches and dents. I have several other blemishes that are the result of the body shop cutting corners. Most people would never notice them and would consider them petty. But, when you pay what I did for this truck, ... Oh well- I was warned and I might should have listened. I still have a good truck. Drives excellent; no other problems. Just a few small bugs to work out.
My goal is to get the popping out without having to go back to the bodyshop. Like I say, the service dept has been great so far.

Happy New Year.
