Stock 5.9 puts down more power than 6.7

I have owned several 5. 9's and my 6. 7 stock for stock... well drive both... then report back

Keep in mind that Diesel Power is a very biased magazine. I have stopped reading them for the most part thanks to the laughable things they publish. Some of it is good, and some of it is pure BS.

Yep I'm with ya on this one, not one of my others stock would even come close to the 6. 7, in power or towing. Now if it would get the same milage as the 5. 9 it would be perfect!

They are both plenty of motor. It's the dang emission crud attached to them that hampers both. We should spend the R&D time/money on improving the properties of bio fuels and have similar or better end results all the way around. Without the "crud" the engines would be more efficient with the same amount of fuel. We should be arguing about our sources of fuel instead.

Using my 'seat of the pants' dyno, :-laf I can tell you that my 08 has significantly more power pulling my 5ver as compared to the 04 without the Edge EZ on it. With the chip, they both are feel about the same driving them.
