Competition Kent beats Dave.........Stanford, Results

I ran a 16. 80 with my stock600 6spd @ TiM just wondering if that was on par with others or not. I think I was shifting alright-I was barking them on the 4-5 shift. Ok to be honest 17:00s launching in 2wd. What are the autos running?

I need to get mine on the track to see what it will run. your run was it a 4wd 2nd gear launch? If so what was your 60 ft time?

60' time on my 4wd 2nd gear launch was 2. 277(16. 80) I should have tried a 3rd gear 4wd launch.

All my 2wd runs were 2. 5-2. 7 short times.

all runs were around 82 mph

Just surfing and found this thread. I ran my 04. 5 600 last week at Sacramento Raceway. I have a 6" lift and 35's. They were not going to let me run at first based on my height. But then the tech guy said ok you can run tonight but dont come back. I ran a 17. 01 at 80. 58 mph with my buddy in the truck. I tried 4wd and 2wd launches and it made no difference as I was not breaking the tires free anyway. All in all not bad for an automatic truck with a lift that was bone stock. Then this week I used my truck to tow my Kawasaki ZX-10R to the track and ran a 10. 5 @ 144. 03 mph. Also bone stock in 100 degree heat. :D

Almost forgot my truck only had 1200 miles on it when I dragged it.
