Stock 93 D250 wheels needed

After 23 years of tire changes, (probably some in places with less that stellar torque practices), the lug nuts have started working their way through my stock wheels on my 1993 D-250.
I can't find stock painted replacements locally, or on-line (yet).
Plain Jane wheels are all that I need. This thing is in the mud, hauling hay, firewood, etc. So nothing fancy!
Anybody have some either new or very good shape? or know where I can find some?

Any tire shop should be able to get stock steel wheels also for the same money you can get a stock width white spoke that is a little stronger for about the same money .
