Stock Air-Box Question

I'm putting my stock box back on my truck for a while, and for the life of me, I can't get it to fit right.

On the bottom of the box, there are 2 posts sticking out that go into a couple of holes in the body.

Are there supposed to be some sort of washer/gasket/rubber piece etc. that go on the stods or in the 2 holes in the body?

Yes, there are two rubber grommets that go in there. They're the same thing that holds the filter minder on.



The guy who sold me my AFE lost mine (plus broke the plastic pins). I bought someone else's stock airbox and it came with them.

I haven't taken my 05 off but on my 01 there were rubber washers and nuts that went on the studs.

my box only has one rubber grommet (filter-minder style) so I guess I lost one.
