stock hx40 or pdr hx40 for 2004.5?

Im debating on wether i should put a stock hx40 in my 600 cummins or the pdrhx40 there is some speculation the pdr hx40 might spool so fast it will break easier then the stock hx40 due to the compressor and turbine modifications. both turbos are 16cm exhaust housings. As I understand that the stock hx 40 is rated for 400hp and the Pdr hx40 is rated closer to 450hp. i have heard the pdr hx's have bigger bearings and different fin configurations. Any ideas?
