Finally got a code from my truck with my no-start when cold problem. P0628. Looking for recommendations. Go with the stock replacement from Geno's or the Fass high pressure with a lifetime warranty. I have put on 62,000 since March 1 ( i will average 70,000 a year) and it won't be getting any less until I change jobs (or die). What kind of luck have you guys been having with the stock replacement? Or should I not even consider it?

I have a Fass HPFP 95 on my truck for over a year now with no problems so far. Had 5 OEM pumps before I bought the Fass. I wouldn't waste my time with the OEM's

I still have the fuel heater in mine. The only thing the Fass replaced was the OEM fuel pump. I don't know what others have.

I have had a FASS 150 in my 2001 for a year and half, bypassed my heater and stock fuel filter with no problems so far.

Did anyone remove the OEM filter housing and pump??? If so, what did you do with the hookups for the WIF???

I took off all the old stuff including the fuel heater, Lift Pump etc. Gave me more room under the hood and less problems to deal with.
You have to seal the plug that goes to the water in fuel light, or it will go during rain, car wash's etc.
