stock settings on Snow water/meth kit?

What is the boost control box set at stock? I want to have it come on at 25-30lbs and full on at 40lbs. I don't know what the baseline is though.

You should see the numbers on the side of the controller. A good starting setting is starting 20psi and full on 30psi.

I saw the numbers but there is no arrow or mark on the actual dial so I don't know where the dial is in relation to the numbers...

If you look at the dial there is a reference mark. Turn the dial all the way to the right and you will see where it stops and the reference point i am talking about.
