Stock tailgate into a 5th wheel tailgate??

I'm looking for the TDR member, I think he was from Co. , that makes the 5th wheel tailgates from the stock tailgate. I've ran a search, but can't find it. TIA,

For 500 thats a really good price the only thing I would make sure of is its welded in solid.
