I've got a question for all you seasoned veterans out there. Being a newcomer to all of this, I need to find some answers on the boost pressures for a stock turbo. My truck is a 2002 3500, 5 spd. , 4:10, 4X4.

I just installed pryo and boost guages on my truck last week. I'm getting a reading of about 4lbs of boost at 55 mph unloaded, and 8 lbs of boost at 65 mph. Max boost pressure is 18 lbs at WOT. Is this normal?

I've got a EZ in the mail as we speak, and also a 4" exhaust system on order, but I don't want to install them yet if there is any problems with the turbo that DC can take care of, 65,000 still on the warranty, ya know what I mean! Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like your boost pressures are right in the ball park. With the EZ and boost fooler you will see pressures around 30ish WOT.

Stock truck can't produce more than about 21psi without setting a code. Your numbers sound about right. You will see the truck put our more boost at WOT under a load than you will empty, so you might see 20/21 with a trailer behind you. With the EZ and the boost elbow you'll see as much as about 28/30. I have 275's and EZ and have hit 36. The nice thing about the EZ is all you have to do is unplug and remove it for warranty work.
