stock turbo boost?

I have an 05 with juice/attitude and straight thru muffler. Just recently I noticed I wasn't making near the boost I used to. Just put in a brand new air filter and can only get about 26-27 psi but before i would have no problem getting to 34-35. Anyone know what could cause something like this to happen?

check your intercooler boots. then check the snout of your turbo for shaft play or oil.
