HVAC, I think that is the same company. I know that Stockton Wheel is in Ca. They advertise in Four Wheel and Off-Road Magazine. Pick up an issue and look in the back or advertisers index. I talked to a guy last week who sent them two dually wheels. They respun them and added an inch of backspacing so that he could fit 255/85-16 on his truck. He sounded satisfied.
