The flame sender was acting up and it broke while i was pulling it out any one got any idea where I could get a new one or have a prt number. I'/m gonna go by the local plumbing distributor and see if they can match something up but the guys are kinda young and may have never seen one

It may also be an over temp safety. after it boke there is a metal rod inside that looks like if it expanded it would open the contacts which would then shut the fuel off. OK i'll be hones I have no idea what it is but the heater only would spray fuel if i jumped the wires. now that I broke it and put the wires on the broken switch it runs fine... . Help please... .

I was able to bypass the switch to get it going but now the transformer for the igniter is shot. anybody know where to get parts? Portable Heater Parts said they can get it but they want over 200 bucks. The part sold for under 100 in 2000
