straight piped??

Was wondering if anybody has done this yet? I know Diesel Dynamics has a 4" & 5" system!Oo.

in june i will order my 2004 ho. in sept when it arrives, i will hack off the muffler within 24 hours of ownership. then if i can afford, i will order a 5" system from santa. maybe he will be able to deliever one to me for christmas



but on a sad note, my 4" straight piped 6. 5TD is now muffled and soot trapped i have drive clean emission testing in 5 days. needed to go to factory spec to pass. man does it sound wussy [and you can feel the drop in power :{ :{ :{ ]

No smog or vehicle inspections in my part of Oregon. We live in the country.

Here in Washington state the state sniffers don't care about the size of your exhaust - Just that there are no holes in it.

With NFR in town this week I finally had the chance to hear a few straight piped 03's. It sounds sweet, they still have that low growl to them instead of that trashy sound of straight piped Fords and Chevys.
