I now have the Psychotty Air Induction System all installed!! The install is easy. Took a little while to get the hose lined up so that it would fit, but I did about what Alaska Bee did. I drilled exactly where SCOTT did though. I bent the lower bracket a little to let the hole saw in. Make sure you put some kind of covering over the engine. The hole saw really sprays metal chips. I used a lawn trash bag and electrical tape to seal everything off.
Initial impressions: quality product, Great idea for air source, little different sound(tingy sound from air vents, but less whine), PROTECTED AIR FILTER!
I did a test drive and the EGT seemed lower, but the wind was pretty wicked, so it could be a big difference and I wouldn't have seen it due to the wind. I will post again after I pull my typical load up my typical hill.
Cool thing I noticed. Turned air conditioning controls to face and no fan. Running 70 cool breeze on my hand. STEP on the GO pedal: Air lot less! (almost none

)
Running down the highway(normal throttle), you couldn't detect a difference in the amount of air being put out by cooling system... .
I have a 4. 5" hole saw free for use in Great Falls, Montana. Come and use it if you get lucky and recieve a Psychotty Air unit.
