HELP !!

I have a 2000 3500 with a Suncoast Performance Valve Body. I put it in about 3 weeks ago. No problems until today. Now, it is stuck in 1st gear and will only upshift when completely off accelerator. Any ideas ?? I calling them tomorrow.
