What do I need to check? I have timed it at 15. 5 and I had a bad stumble when the truck was warmed up, and I stomp it to the boards in neutral. I just bumped the timing up to 16. 5 and it is not near as bad but it is still there.

I bought a new (I think) over flow valve on ebay and put that in and the stumble is still there. What should I check next?

I much appreciate any help you guys could give me.

Thanks again

Dennis

I've been around quite a few diesel engines that stumble at high rpm with no load, it's not a real world test. Does it stumble when you drive it also?

stumble

only in 2nd, after i shift out of that into third there is enough torque on the engine, where it doesn't. Well that's good news if thats the case.

Thanks guys
