I haven't seen themn in person, but there is someone on ebay offering one that holds 2 10's for under the rear seat. Pics of the box look like it's fairly nice but pics can be deceiving
Looks pretty goods, utilizes the storage boxes for the subs, BUT it looks like it won't work with the fold flat floor...
I wonder if someone will come out with one for the center console seat. I think JL Audio did a 12" sub in the seat, before the storage spot was introduced in the seat. And where do I put my amps now? Jack under one seat, power seat controls clutter the other... :{
I've heard that JL 'is' coming out with a sub for the front seat, but the new storage compartment under the front seat is lost. From JL, the sub replaces the entire lower cushion/seat. In my rush to order a truck, at first I did not order the fold out floor. Then, after hearing from a buddy of mine at the local audio dealer, they tried to make an enclosure for under the seat and determined that there was not enough room, I called the dealer and had the folding floor added. I like the box as shown on ebay. Should have looked there!
Their new enclosed sub for the 3rd gen Rams are now shipping! I'll bet a buck or two that if you have the fold flat floor, it will not work with out an air chisel. :{
The Fold-Flats are only retained by 4 bolts. Should be super easy to remove. Should also be valuable. Parts alone (if you wanted to add the floor later) are about $800. :--)

Maybe I should sell my fold flat and to pay for the sub AND an amp! Prairie Dog, my local audio store, Video Kingdom here in Grand Island should have them. I good friend of mine working there knew they were being developed. A good JL Audio dealer ought to be able to get 'em.
It is an option you can get in the third generation trucks. When you pivot-up the rear bench, they are a couple plastic "panels" which unfold to yield a "flat Floor". Great for boxes, etc. Also, nice for young kids to be able rest their feet on (when the bench is back down).
Just a quick note, they are not plastic but instead nice solid steel. I use mine all the time to carry 'inside' stuff on road trips rather than put it in the bed. They are very nice to have, and I keep jumper cables and bungie cords and such in the compartments under them.
I called the local Car toy's today and they said this is so new they don't have a price on them yet but would expect it to be between $500 and $700. :{
