Need a Crank Position sensor

Hi Steve;
Thanks for all the hard work you put into the site. I am no longer being notified of new post to threads I have subscribed to. This has been going on for quite a while, (since the last software update). Is there a setting I have missed, or has anyone else seen this also. Thanks again!

Your ISP is rejecting them for some reason. You need to contact your support department and ask why. Here is the log file entry for one that was sent today (I asterisked out your email address):

Apr 15 23:47:47 turbodieselregister sendmail[69088]: l3G3jAG3069058: to=<**********s@att.net>, ctladdr=<webmaster@turbodieselregister.com> (1007/1007), delay=00:02:37, xdelay=00:00:01, mailer=esmtp, pri=121586, relay=scc-mailrelay. att.net. [204. 127. 208. 75], dsn=5. 0. 0, stat=Service unavailable

I'm pretty sure mine is sort of hit and miss. Some days I get emails, then others, nothing. Are you getting rejections lie that for me as well, or is my junk filter wacko again?

I am experiencing the same thing. The only way I know if anyone has replied to a post that I started is to go look at it everyday and see if any new replys.

It looks like you've gotten approximately 8 today Pete and they were all received by your ISP. Here's a log entry for you:

Apr 16 12:42:43 turbodieselregister sm-mta[88357]: l3GGggHT088355: to=<*********@chartermi.net>, ctladdr=<webmaster@turbodieselregister.com> (1007/1007), delay=00:00:01, xdelay=00:00:01, mailer=esmtp, pri=31662, relay=mail. chartermi.net. 209. 225. 8. 198], dsn=2. 0. 0, stat=Sent (Message received: 20070416164242. ZXDM1488. aa06. charter.net@turbodieselregister.com)

If you didn't receive them then they must be in a spam folder.

Here's the log entry from yours:

Do you have a typo in your email address? You can check it in the user control panel (under the discussion forums menu up top).

Hi guys... I have the same problem and have had for a while now. I don't think my ISP is blocking anything. I also can't see any PM's I've sent. I have all the received PM but, none that were sent.

hope someone can help. I hate missing threads I've subscribed to ;-)

Triton - yes your ISP is blocking emails sent from us. Here is a log entry for one that was attempted to be sent to you today (with your email address asterisked out):

Apr 23 09:03:02 turbodieselregister sendmail[4852]: l3ND2olW004850: to=<***@maitlandelectric.com>, ctladdr=<webmaster@turbodieselregister.com> (1007/1007), delay=00:00:12, xdelay=00:00:01, mailer=esmtp, pri=121761, relay=smtp. secureserver.net. [64. 202. 166. 11], dsn=5. 1. 3, stat=User unknown

Contact your ISP with that info and they should be able to help you. Their SPAM blocker is probably the problem and for some reason has our notifications marked as spam and is therefore rejecting it.

As to your sent PM's by default sent PM's are not saved. When you send a PM there is a check box near the bottom that says "Save a copy of this message in your Sent Items folder. " - check that box and a copy will be saved. We did this because most users wouldn't clear out their sent box and then their box would be full and couldn't receive new PM's. We'd answer tons of support questions every day for why they couldn't receive PM's. Since making this change someone asks about once a month about why their sent PM's aren't saved. BTW, answers to many things like this are in the TDR Website/roundtable FAQ forum like this:
I have sent several private messages, but I cannot find any record of them being sent

Thanks Steve and sorry for not looking harder for the answers. I did try but, didn't find it obviously :)

I just talked to my ISP and they'll look into it. One thing he did say is, it's possible some ani-virus software could do it too. I'm using Norton and typically don't have problems with site I frequent but, I suppose that's where a problem lies also. I'm going to turn it off for a while to see if I get something from the site.

I mention this so others might look into that before asking these same questions over again.

Hi Steve; I just got off of a chat session with my ISP. The tech could not resolve the issue and is having a senior tech call me back within 48 hours. They requested another log entry for the senior tech. Sorry I took so long to get up with them since my last post.

It's not anything on your PC Triton - their email server is rejecting it. That's what that message means.

I'll get another entry for you later tonight Buddy's Ram.

Buddy's Ram - here's one from today:
