Impromptu NW BOMBer-fest this Sunday

MWTDR, time to schedule a get-together.

Well, the NW BOMBers had a successful day. We installed a new intake manifold gasket, A Jardine 4inch exhaust, a set of Banks gauges, and drilled/tapped for another set. The weather was good, but could have been warmer. Pasco and Hillsboro/Portland were are farthest attendees!

Rob, thank you and your family for all your hospitality! We all appreciate it.

I'll have some gauges to install next time. Maybe some other goodies as well (CB, front receiver, etc. ) Then, I'll have start saving up for the serious BOBMing supplies! #ad

It was great to see everyone again, thanks Rob and Jan. I thought it was funny that all of us men were in the kitchen talking and waiting for the pizza to cook while the women were in the living room watching the superbowl! #ad

It was great to meet some new members this trip such as Bob Beauchaine, Scott Collins, and Cliff (handle cdaleh --did I get that right?) who drove up from Hillsboro. We BOMBed Gary Oyster's truck even though we didn't see him come by, he dropped off his '01. 5 ETH Saturday night and we BOMBed it Sunday morning. . . Cliff and I took care of the exhaust while Scott did the gauges. Then we took it for a spin to make sure everything worked as expected, with his ugly old exhaust strapped to the bed racks #ad

Evan tried a Stage III injector demostration which ended up showing that he badly needs a new clutch. . . whew that was stinky #ad

Had a great time, thanks again Rob, the girls enjoyed the ATC center tour and Horsey rides.

ps Rob Look for a $15 check in the mail

I had a great time. Hospitality was perfect. Rob thanks for having me up. Evan thanks for giving me a ride in your truck, looks like I am going to have to get some DD3's, but I hope my clutch does not end up like yours.

I will have a little goodie for you all to look over when I come up on the 17th. You may want to pitch your silencer ring for good.
hehe
