Sucurity Key in 2004 Truck?

I read in the forums that some people have added the ignition key with the chip in it to their truck. After adding this, the truck will still start with the "chipless" key, but dies almost immediately. I asked my dealer about getting this and they were clueless about it being available.



Does anybody have any additional information on this?
