Sudden Shakes in Front End

All of a sudden I have a shake in my front end, no severe but enough to know something is not right. Also a rubbing noise like the brakes. Could this be a tire problem or something more.

Could be several things - need more info. Like when does it occur?

It has the shake in the front end all the time. The only time I hear the rubbing noise is below 30 MPH, diesel and road noise drown it out. When you put on the brakes the rubbing noise goes away. Tomorrow I am going to pull the front right wheel and see what is going on. If everything looks ok then I will replace the wheel with the spare. Hope this ID's the problem.
