Suggestions regarding this Oil Report Please

According to the report I've attached, it looks like I've got a problem of some sort with coolant getting in the oil. Does anyone know how to confirm this, or what I should do about it?? I've checked the collant level and it is fine. I would really appreciate some suggestions. Thanks.

I don't understand why there is a question mark under antifreeze and TR under fuel (which I assume means trace). Is there anything you did to your truck before your analysis with the 5 for aluminum count. That seems to be where something occured. Other than that, keep good records of everything.

I tried to post it on Bobistheoilguy.com but I'm not computer savy enough to figure out how to post the image. I did talk to someone at Blackstone who said he thinks I probably have a small leak in the head gasket, but not big enough that a pressure test of the coolant system would help. I assume I can forget about any warranty help if all I have is this oil report, but I don't really know. Would some of that stuff they sell to stop radiator leaks do any good? I think I saw something in the manual saying not to use that stuff. Has anyone else had aluminum numbers 7 or higher consistantly?
