He and Joan are fine, they suffered some damage on their house and dock but the shop appears ok. He said Opel had nothing on Iris. Joe said "Iris came through Fort Walton beach like a Garmon tuned 12v".

Glad they are ok, the Mobile Alabama area looks very bad from the pictures I saw.



I know there have been several hurricanes down there this year, but unless I missed one, I think you meant to say "Ivan", not "Iris".

I have family in Mobile and Daphne my Dad,grandperants 2 sisters brother and law and 2 year old nefuew road it out i Daphne . I finally got to talk to my little sister this morning they all made it they got lucky not to much damage . Its good to here your all ok I am going down there next month to visit

I am glad Joe and his family are well. I told him I would stay up here till the storm passed. He wasn't worried and went home after the race. Well I guess I can get Garmon's to put in a Tripple lock now they didn't get all washed away.

That is good to hear. I have talked to Joe several times and he is always willing to answer my questions. regards Jim

David... ... You didn't tell all. The ship. How did Joe's fishing "ship" fare? I was told how he was going to tie it and where it was going, but how did it do? First thing first.
