Sun roof not closing all the way

When I hit the button to close the sun roof it closes but the rear now is about one eighth to quarter inch lower than the roof line. Used to be even, just all at once started doing this. Any help would be appreciated. Other than that it works fine.

I had the same problem, except it started by me noticing that the roof when closed did not seal properly. After having the glass adjusted, the roof seemed to have an intermittent problem closing. There is an update to the roof controller software that solved my problem, updated about 3 years ago and I have not had a problem since.

Mine was doing the same thing. it started last year i removed the head liner to find out that it is controled to the computer, so i was told by the dealer. & of course they can reset the program to close properly. i wish i knew that before i took my headliner out. my sun roof vibrates up & down after 60 MPH & thats what causes it to get out of adjustment i put something under the deflector to get it to stop vibrating. the dealer has no fix for that.
