Sun visor

Who knows how to remove the sun visor? I know there are 3 screws that hold it there, but it still feels like something else is holding it.

Pull. It's just stuck. I'm guessing you've got the lighted mirror? If so, don't pull too far or you'll rip the wires. If you need to move the visor further than the wires will allow, they do unplug. Can't remember exactly how, but they do.
