SunCoast Transmission upgrade or not

I have a 2006 CTD Mega Cab, AUTO, 4. 10 rear. Currently no Mods. I use the truck on the Weekends and for Towing a 7 K pound RV. Looking for more towing power / (MPG if possible). Plan on doing some minor upgrades, ATS Intake, Maybe Cold Air intake, Exhaust/muffler,



Is the transmission upgrade (TC and VB) worth the money for my needs ? Cost seems to be in the $2800 to $3000 range. Will I feel any power difference with this transmission upgrade ? How will it shift ?
