This Is The Turbo I Am Going To Go With On My Truck. My Question Is Will It Work With My Factory Manifold? The 3-piece Design Is Kind Of High Priced I Think. What Are The Advantages/ Disadv. Of The Factory Unit?

The problem with the factory manifold is they tend to shrink as get older. If you look at the foward most bolt that is on your manifold, see if it is still straight or if the manifold has shrunk and started to pull the bolt in.

i believe my factory manifold is ok. doesnt look like what you described. so this means that i will be able to put a b1 with my manifold?? i will afford an after market man. at a later date-just wanting to know if it will work for now?

A B-1 should bolt directly in place of your stocker. all you should require is a downpipe.

there are some turbo's that have the larger flanges, but the majority of the turbos marketed for our trucks use the stock flange...
