Thanks, TDR Staff

Got my Pacbrake 2wd low installed.

Tst Powermax 3

Nitrous Express has a similar setup for the intercooler that uses nitrous to cool the intercooler even more than CO2 can. But this is still a great idea. I just wanted to let people know about one of the other options out there.

Why not just go with Liquid Oxygen Injection???

That would cool off your intake charge and help cumbustion a wee bit:rolleyes:

CO2

I would mention I knew a guy that went with the CO2 and wasn't happy with the results. If the CO2 gets sucked into your air cleaner it can kill or impair the engine. Could be embarassing:eek:

I am sure that there are advantages and disadvantages of using CO2.

I was thinking about some previous threads on cooling the air charge when I came across this. Just thought I would post it up to get some people thinking. I was thinking of using a water spray on my truck for long pulls on desert highways.

   hmm... i wonder how many seconds that engine would last like that? oil + oxygen = BOOM

air cooler

It looks like it would do a great job of cooling in the charge air tube but would it restrick air flow? Would the fuel cooler jell up the diesel? If anyone tries this I'd be interested in what they find.

LOL

I was thinking about (long ago) sticking a chunk of dry ice in the intake side of my Air Bulldog induction duct just before dynoing... plus one on top of the aftercooler weldment assembly to further give it the Chill Factor.

... all these little performance ideas running around in my head...

:D

hmmm...

John _ Good ideas work

How bout rubber banding an UNSYRUPED snowcone to the top of a mechanical fuel pump to prevent vapor lock? . 15c saved you a very big:eek:  :D
