Rebuilt Torque Converters!

I am looking for the video of the super fast newer chevy pickup 2wd (gasser) that races the z06 and the street bike and wins.

Anybody got it or know where I can find it? It was a couple minutes long if i remeber right.

I didn't know where else to ask for it but I could swear I saw it here.

Thanks

ASTAR,

The video you are looking for might be at www.STSTURBO.COM

Look around the site. Pretty cool turbo, replaces the muffler on several gassers and keeps the under clean and clutter free.

The guys name is Parish, blue turboed chebby runs really well. 1320 vid is the link you want, but like stated above the video your thinking of is offline now and you have to buy the DVD. That group of guys he runs with knows how to make the gasser turbo rigs run!

GM has this concept Escalade. Nothing special about it on the outside. Looks like your typical SUV, with nice looking rims, and a low tone rumbble when you fire it up. Interior even looks stock, I didn't even see guages.

So I get it in, pull it off the truck, and well, it's an Escalde, Slower then snail snot right? First think you do is basicly floor the thing to get moving. I had to move it across the parking lot to the other side of the stadium (Some place on long island, what's the stadium there?).

So to the floor the go peddle goes, 1000rpm 2000rpm, 2500rpm (ahhhh... ) 3000rpm, ZOOOOOM! 4000rpm, let of peddle, BANG!. Brake! WTF?!?!?!?!?

No, the motor didn't break. Yes, this thing has a twin turbo setup and them were the blow off valves! :) Turns out the motor dynoed at 700hp or something. Looks stock under the hood too.

Yeah, I wanted to get a plate for it and take it cruising long island looking to win some money. 5500 pounds, AWD, 700hp = 12. 0 to 12. 5 second! Now that's a sleeper.
