I am sure that this one has gone round and round a few times and I did some searches on it but I am wondering what if any the down side would be to running a set of these injectors.

I already have DDII's so they would be a big of a step up.

I know they will smoke more, I am sure that I will see higher EGT's but would I be putting my head gasket or any other parts in danger?

I have gauges. My trans in upgraded, My HY is getting replaced by an HX-40.

I know I will need a pusher pump or maybe even a good pump and leave off the factory lift pump.

Anyone?

Thanks

Brandon,

I know that there are much larger injectors out there but I do not need anything that big. I just want to take things up a notch from where I am now.

I run SuperMentals

I love them, although at idle the truck act as though it has a performance cam in it. :) I'm still waiting for the report of other members who have DD's cam or Piers cam, I'm going with the ported head & O-ring, Then Nitrous:D :D :D

I do run a pusher pump also...

Devildog, I've heard that supermentals have a tendenacy to carbon up and actual show a decrease in power over time and

adding diesel fuel additive is a must.

Do you agree?

Thanks
