I just recently installed my new Superplug magnetic drain plug that I ordered direct from Superplug and it was leaking like a mother even when torqued above 44 ft lbs... . I was pretty bummed since my $22/gal Mobil Delvac1 synthetic was dripping all over the ground. I called up Superplug & spoke with Ziggy. (he's a heck of a great guy) He apologized profusely for my troubles and not only did he offer to send me a new Superplug ASAP, but he also sent me a check for over $70 to cover the cost of putting new synthetic oil in my truck! :--)

Customer service doesn't get any better than this folks. These guys are a class act if you ask me. I told him that I would spread the word and give 'em a nice plug. (no pun intended hehehehe)

Hmmm, I wonder if I ordered it from Geno's if they would have done the same thing and paid for my synthetic oil..... My guess is NOT!

Superplug rocks!!!! :D :D

WOW, DEZLPWR, that IS customer service!!

In defense of Geno's though, when my E-Z drain plug started to leak, Geno's sent out a replacement right away, express freighted, no questions asked :)

I am a little hesitant on these super drain plugs. . It might make the draining process easier but looking under the truck every time you get in would get old.
