When I'm driving between 82-85 mph approx. 2300rpm and cruise for a while at this speed, then let off the throttle slightly, it is almost like the truck runs out of fuel. Feels like the pump is bad or something. If it try to hold the throttle steady, the truck will slow down to about 80 mph 2225rpm or so and then it seems like the fuel comes back on. Really annoying. If I mash the throttle it will pick up. If I lift my foot completely off and then back down, it will pick up too. But if I just roll back into the throttle... nothing.

Maybe I'm not explaining this well, but has anyone else had this problem? Does it on all stages, Juice is Hot. Turbo from River City Turbo is almost like a SPS66. The issue occurs with about 4 psi of boost and about 20-30% load according to the display aka. . just cruisin'. I searched but didn't find related thread.

P. S. When I rolling down a hill with cruise on at 70-75 mph and when I hit 12-15% load, engine hunts (surges slightly) +-25RPM. This is really annoying too. Never surges underload. Anyone have any ideas?

When was the last time you changed your fuel filter?

A couple of months ago mine was doing something similar except that it got to the point where it actually started missing. This all happened in a twenty minute period of coming home for lunch and going back to work. The surging started on the ten mile trip home and the surging started about half way back.

I nursed it home and when I checked the filter it had something that looked like glycerin in it. I changed the filter and the problem disappeared.
