Surging under full throttle

I have had this problem for a while now. Without programmer power surges under mid to full throttle. When I had the programmer loaded it was more pronounced. Without the programmer it is still there but less noticeable. I have not been running the programmer now for several weeks but still notice the surging.



Anyone have/seen this before. I was thinking fuel/lift pump was not keeping up with the programmer fuel needs but without the programmer still there. No codes and I have replaced the fuel filter several times. I don't have fuel guages yet.

Sounds fuel related... Time for a pump upgrade? Walbro perhaps?
