Last night I towed about 400 miles and after about 200 miles I noticed the truck started surging. Everything was in check. Plenty of power. Just when cruising around 75-85 mph it would surge. Anyone experienced this? I had the box on 2/4.

What kind of a surge? Speeding up and slowing down, or was your boost needle jumping up and down due to compressor surge?

I found I had the same problem, But it ended up being due to the wind and the cruise together with the TST twins program.

The high would cause higher load, thus causing higher boost, thus causing more fuel due from the TST - viola, a little surge, then the wind would shift and the load would drop, the the TST lessons the power, etc,etc

I only noticed it on super windy days were the wind was shifting all different directions

PS - I also found a low TQ setting lessened it. Maybe try 4/2

Don't have a fuel pressure guage yet. But its normal at idle. No pusher yet either. The boost guage wasn't moving any. Just a noticeable surge. I still have the stock turbo on, so I shouldn't be getting turbo surge should I?

when I had the stock transfer pump, stock turbo, and the tst. my truck would surge at steady speed, replaced the stock pump with bigger pusher pump and it went away. btw it was on lower settings like you described, it was better when it had a fresh filter so maybe try that first.
