so you have a 4x4 or a 2-wheel drive. 4x4 spacers on top front coil spring, if 2-wheel there might be a spindle lift but i haven't seen one for 1-ton dodge just for 1/2 tons. if 4x4 call summit racing they have the spacers in stock. good luck

We just installed 2. 5" Skyjacker springs on my truck yesterday. ~$120 and it only took an hour. We had access to a lift so that made it a bit easier. Rob Thomas thought of a trick to help the install which was to use the lift to compress the new coils and then attached straps to the coil to keep it compressed - worked awesome. The truck rides better now (part of that may be the extra 150 lbs on the front end from the new bumper - not sure) and looks awesome. They come painted red which I didn't like so I had them powder coated black locally.
