Suspension

I've got a couple of questions regarding suspension on our 2wd trucks. Firstly: Is it possible to replace the springs on D250s with those from D350s? Second question: Were roll bars options on First Generation Trucks?

Doug, I believe that the springs are exactly the same, so they should fit. I am currently awaiting the arrival of the last of the parts necessary to completely rebuild the front suspension on my 92. After reading about the best parts to use i went with all MOOG suspension parts. And when I say complete rebuild, I am replacing everything: Tie rods, Ball Joints, Bushings, Coil Springs, Track bar, the whole works. Hopefully this will cure the wandering and general loose feel of my truck. I will report back with results sometime next week.

On the second Question I am not sure. I believe that someone was just talking about this on 6/28/00. Not sure which heading it is under but will check.
