2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission SUVLIGHTS opinion?

I'm finally doing the sport light upgrade on my 2002 3500.



The light housings are in, but I'm ending my 2nd week of waiting for SUV to respond in anyway to my harness purchase.



Is this typical for this supplier? We're both here in California so I kind of expected to have a shipment by now. All of my calls have gone un-answered. #@$%!

What has your experience been?

I've ordered two sets of wiring headlite harnesses from them in the last year and never had a problem. I think it was about two weeks from ordering to delivery but a quality product.

I'm having no luck contacting this outfit. All I have to show so far is the charge on my card.



Is there another source for this harness?

I had no problems.

They even made a custom set up at no extra cost.

Before I ordered (about 6 months ago) I got them on the phone the first time I called. Got my order in under 1 week. Good Quality stuff.

I ordered mine about a month ago online and had them in a week. I emailed them a question and got a response the next day. I have never spoken to them on the phone or even tried for that matter. Their product is good quality.

Update

I got through to SUV Lights today. They explained the delay on a re-designed product and overseas suppliers. The old design had some compatibility issues.



They offered to ship the old design, which I took them up on, with an option to exchange if necessary when the new ones become available.



Thanks for the feed back, it's why I kept trying.
