Swap NV5600 into 2001 ETC?

I'm sure this has been answered before, but no search... So, what all is involved with swapping out the NV4500 in my 2001. 5 for a NV5600? I'm guessing you need to change the flywheel and clutch, but what else? Will my transfer case bolt up to a 6 speed, or will I need another transfer case? Any other important items I'm missing? I'm kind of thinking about a Gear Vendors auxillary (under-drive) at this point, but thought this might be an alternative... As usual, thanks for all your help.
