2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Swapping to 3rd Gen Mirrors

Howdy all, my 99 doesn't have the towing mirrors like my 2004. 5 does. Is there any way to get better towing mirrors for the 1999??

3rd gen towing mirrors are available for your '99 at the dealer. Easy install,but no power or heat. I've had them for years now. No noise or vibration.

Look on Ebay for them dont pay dealer prices, I paid $189 for a set, dealers want $400-$500.
