Sway Bar Bushing Kit?

Does Dodge sell these? Or can I go aftermarket?



They are clanking around quite a bit. 130,000 miles.

Go aftermarket. Energy Suspension makes a urethane sway bar bushing kit for our trucks. They come in either red or black. They used to come in yellow, but that color has been discontinued. I don't know the part number off hand, but you can order them from www.racesearch.com . For replacement sway bar end links, Moog makes them. Again I don't have the part numbers off hand. I can post the part numbers for you tomorrow. -Glen

I have a set of energysuspension bushings for the rear sway bar stitting on the bench right now. They are greaseable and ran me $18 at the local Shucks store.

A fellow Alaskan member has them too and says they are much better than the stockes and do not make the notiorous clunk in the winter up here.

Gene, Here are the part numbers you requested. Energy Suspension front sway bar bushing set (black) Part #5. 5126 G. The Moog sway bar link kit is Part #K7299 (2 required). Sorry for the delay. I wrote it down this time so I wouldn't forget. Later, -Glen

I think they are just rubber boots to keep the spring off the steel mount.
